So we finally got Konrad's nursery together, Brendan moved his office out of the loft to make room. We ended up getting a crib from Ikea, since the hand-me-down that we got from a friend wouldn't fit in the room. I'm very happy with it.
The bedding was handmade by Amy DuBrueler's grandmother. She had purchased the fabric down south, in Savannah, Georgia I believe. The work is beautiful, my favorite part is the pillow, she stitched-in one of the little bugs from the blanket fabric. (It's the little creative things like that I love the most).
Now, it's a matter of getting Konrad to sleep in his crib...he doesn't seem to want to leave our bed quite just yet (but I don't really mind either).
